My recipe came about from years of working with ALOT of people and learning what allergies people have, what herbs turned people in to weenies, and how to create the best flavor! Thus, my very simple recipe was born: Applecider Vinegar, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, and thyme with a splash of water for balance and life!
